Recipe: Easy Cream Cheese Frosting
Makes enough to frost 12 cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

PREPARATION
Combine cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk completely until smooth.
